Along with regular lift audits and maintenance, Passenger Release Training is a great way of equipping your team with the knowledge and skills they need to navigate the scenario of a broken lift.
What is Passenger Release Training?
Passenger Release Training is a course designed to teach specific members of your team the skills they need to support in the instance of a stuck passenger lift.
We provide Passenger Release Training at either your premises or our training centre.
We certify your team to Safe Passenger Release training to BS7255 or Warden/Steward Training for NHS to HTM08-02.

What to expect from passenger release training
- Training at your own facility or at our own purpose-built training centre
- Standard training course lasts between 4-6 hours
- Refresher training course available and lasts 3-4 hours
- Extended courses also available for complex sites or advanced lift products
- All clients will be certified in Safe Passenger Release training to BS7255 or Warden/Steward Training for NHS to HTM08-02
