About Rise COmpliance
Meet Kris McGOugh
The Rise Compliance team is led by Kris McGough, who has over 25 years of experience in the industry. Starting his career with an Advanced Apprenticeship in Lift Engineering installing & maintaining lifts and escalators.
Kris in recent years has working with organisations up and down the country, providing witness testing, audits, and compliance services.
Kris is also a qualified LEIA assessor to the industry as well as having an L3 Award in education and training, commonly referred to as the Gold Standard for the training industry in the UK. He trains both people entering the industry, as well as estate managers and lift owners with effective training courses.
